doo talk

Dear, dear peanut butter and jelly sandwich

It seems like only just yesterday when we met. You, a double decker PBJ, me a simple blue collar factory worker. We locked eyes briefly, walking past each other on the sidewalk. You smiled. My insides turned to jelly.

I could tell you were nuts from our very first date. Your smooth brown exterior couldnapos;t hide it. And I liked that. It was honest, real. Something I could sink my teeth into.

I just wish it couldapos;ve gone on longer. Now that youapos;re gone, I miss you. Days later it still hurts, but Iapos;m trying to not let it keep me down. I know that what we had canapos;t be taken away. I still have my memories, like those times I tore into you in the kitchen - Iapos;ll never forget that raging passion we shared. Itapos;s part of my memory, and part of my heart. I can still smell you when I slip into bed at night, and I can still taste you on my lips when I wake in the morning. Youapos;re a part of me now, and you will be for the rest of my life. I love you.

1. Love

The most spectacular, indescribable feeling for someone someone.

Love is an incredibly powerful word. When youapos;re in love, you always want to be together, and when youapos;re not, youapos;re thinking about being together because you need that person and without them your life is incomplete.

This love is unconditional affection with no limits or conditions: completely loving someone. Itapos;s when you trust the other with your life and when you would do anything for each other. When you love someone you want nothing more than for them to be truly happy no matter what it takes because thatapos;s how much you care about them and because their needs come before your own. You hide nothing of yourself and can tell the other anything because you know they accept you just the way you are and vice versa.

Itapos;s when theyapos;re the last thing you think about before you go to sleep and when theyapos;re the first thing you think of when you wake up, the feeling that warms your heart and leaves you overcome by a feeling of serenity. Love involves wanting to show your affection and/or devotion to each other. Itapos;s the smile on your face you get when youapos;re thinking about them and miss them.

Love can make you do anything and sacrifice for what will be better in the end. Love is intense, and passionate. Everything seems brighter, happier and more wonderful when youapos;re in love. Itapos;ll make you want to climb trees and yell it to the world. If you find it, donapos;t let it go.

I love you

This is the moment weapos;ve been waiting for.
We went through 6 years of primary school, catching, the donapos;t-friend-you-come-peter-we-also-donapos;t-friend-him-anymore syndrome. We sang the National Anthem so damn loudly. We took the pledge so damn loudly.
We shot paper pellets at teachers, we ran like hell.
Took the PSLE.

Then we came to Secondary school.
We missed our primary school "best-friends" for 2 months.
Then we completely forgot about them in Secondary School.
We muttered the National Anthem, we stoned during the pledge.
2 years of football with 1 and 2-Versatility
4 years of learning.
Happily painted a classroom with 3- Versatility.
2 years of wearing long pants.
2 years of frequent visits to the Vice-Principalapos;s office due to red-coloured results appearing on my report card.
Uncountable sessions of remedials, consultations.

Theyapos;re finally here

The General Certificate of Secondary Education; Ordinary Levels.

10 years of fun, joy laughter. Lets not let them go to waste. Nostalgia is supposed to be a good thing that haunts you, as when you look back, you look back on good memories, which must of course be complemented by your desired L1R5/L1B4.

Polytechnic it shall be.
Junior College it shall be.
Millenia Institute it shall be.

For now, lets concentrate on these 12 days of writing like we never have on booklets that will travel to a place better known for its football rather than its education to most people - England.

This is the final battle.

Hello. Yes i am back from camp. Again. Phone spoilt. HAHA

day 1:

amazing race: was quite fun luh. VERY VERY good exercise. I think we scared the tourists. Like seioursly. Everything was around singapore river. Then suddenly go suntec. Then no more time left. Oh well. At least itapos;s not lame where you have the race in school or something... Played badminton a lot too after coming back.

movie: at night just watched step up. I find itapos;s nicer than step up 2 in terms of plot? drank 2 packets of milo then felt super bloated. But later cannot sleep. Haha woke up at like 3 -.-

day 2:

water games was super fun our first station was the messiest one luh. Involved a lot of soap suds. Slippery... Scirrsors paper stone thing. Then there was the lift the bucket with your feet only. The pick up cellophane paper game. Not as fun luh. Then then then hair game sijia poor thing. Must style hair to look like zac efron in hairspray :P i was lucky. Got time to shower after that. Haha other people cannot shower then all slimey and sopay and go home. Pwnz

i donapos;t think thereapos;s much to elaborate though... Hmm. Oh well.

Today i did the following things, written in a rough sort of order;

- went to school and did my english and science exams. English was alright, i donapos;t think iapos;ll get less than 70 percent, but i flunked science. Left the last page entirely blank and bullshitted most of the extended response questions.
- went to westfield after school and went game hunting. Iapos;ve wanted a legit copy of animal crossing for a while, and i managed to get it down to seven dollars. Thatapos;s right, you read right, seven dollars. I traded in maths training for a preowned copy, and got another thirty percent off because i told them target was having a sale. Btw, if you want to trade in games, i advise you go to GAME, they gave me a $28 trade in value on maths training, whereas when i asked at eb they only give you $13.
- went to eb games to look at games + ds accessories. Nothing worth buying. Though i did notice that they were hiring. I looked on seek.com and the hurstville store hasnapos;t listed that theyapos;re hiring, which means iapos;ll have to ask in person. Which iapos;m not looking forward to.
- went to target and bought a ds accessory pack for $7.95. It has screen protectors (which iapos;ve needed for a while), three styluses, a cloth, a handstrap and two game cases. Pretty good for eight bucks.

games that i want:
- cooking mama, which is thirty bucks at target. Its not a that great a game, but its worth thirty bucks.
- batman lego. It looks awesome and cute. And because its new.
- viva pinata: pocket paradise, because i like new games. Except spore, that didnapos;t excite me at all.
- carnival games. Looks like fun for when youapos;re bored and youapos;re not in the mood for progressing in any of your games with rpg features. Right now my boredom game is tetris.
- tetris. Because its been on my flashcart for four months now, which breaches my "iapos;ll play it for a month or so and if i like it iapos;ll buy it" policy. But its so damn expensive for a puzzle game.
- superman returns, lol cos itapos;s twenty bucks.
- Guitar Hero: On Tour. Cos it looks good.

so the games iapos;ll download are batman, viva pinata, carnival games and superman. If i like them, iapos;ll try and muster up the cash to buy them. And as soon as i can gather thirty bucks, i reckon iapos;ll get cooking mama.

things to look forward to;
- employment. Idk, should i look forward to that? getting a job takes so much effort, and doing a job probably takes more. But games and subway and tshirts and picture books and various panda-related products donapos;t buy themselves. And it would probably be a good idea to stop mooching off shalia. I mean, i have plenty of time for that when weapos;re in our early twenties, i should save all my mooching for then.
- the next game i buy. Which will probably be cooking mama.
- finishing my ist assignment, which i should have started instead of writing this lj entry.

I really like college... Like a lot.
I LOVEmy friends here.
I feel so close to a bunch of them... Especially my friends elena, amy and stephen.

You know how people say you canapos;t go home? It never really made sense to me until this weekend.
I went home.
just for basically one day.
and the night I got back I had coffee with ChrisRenalds... And it was amazing seeing him. LOVETHATBOY And it felt like nothing had changed
and then on sunday I hung out with Alyssa and Melissa and Elizabeth... And it felt like nothing had changed....
but
 on
 saturday
 n
 i
 g
 h
 t
I slept over at Kristinapos;s house.
and it was different.
we didnapos;t have anything to talk about.
I felt like EVERYTHING had changed.
and when I went to church on sunday,
CHURCH.
the one place where I have felt at home for the past EIGHTEENYEARS.
didnapos;t feel like home anymore.
which is really depressing.
its sad though, that the one person I considered my BESTfriend, is no longer even that close of friends with me...
I guess its inevitable, and I should be happy that she is moving on, and finding new friends since Iapos;m gone.
but still.
it kind of sucks.

and today kind of sucked because I got ditched (not on purpose) all day by elena and amy,
and then stephen was mad at me (even if it was fake and all my fault)

and I really donapos;t want to go to Cinema Collective.
but I suppose I should.
Even though Ireally donapos;t need to...
siiiiiggghhhhh.

kind of sucky.
